Shipping policy

Here at Oak + Willow I try my absolute best to have your orders made within 5-7 working days. In saying that most orders are made and ready to send within 5 days. If you are in need of something urgent please email us and I will certainly do my best to help you out.

All our items are Sent via Australia Post with Standard shipping at $13.95 and Express at $15.95

We offer local click and collect for Roxby Downs residents at The Roxby Collective. Shop 21 12-28 Richardson Place Roxby Downs.

Approximate postage times may vary and it is best to check with Australia Post as the current pandemic is affecting delivery times.

Please choose carefully as we do not offer Exchanges or Returns on a simple change of mind especially for our personalised range, it is up to the customer to ensure that their order is 100% correct (spelling, sizing). There is no Returns or Exchanges with Clearances items.

Once your order has been shipped, We can not take responsibilty for any loss, damage or delay to your package, this would need to be followed up with Australia Post.

If you need to return an item that is not under the category of personalised you can return your product, you should mail your product to: Shop 21, 12-28 Richardson Place Roxby Downs 5725. Please email us that you are returning your item and the reason in which you are wanting to return with shipping details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
